Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Some products qualify for free shipping, which will be clearly indicated on the applicable product page.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Our products are fulfilled by trusted suppliers and shipped directly to you.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Canada & USA: 7–20 business days
  • International: 14–30 business days

Estimated delivery windows may also be displayed on individual product pages. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to your location, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other applicable fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available. Please allow 3–5 business days after shipment for tracking information to become active and update.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@magiccarpet.store. We'll work with the shipping carrier and our supplier to investigate the shipment and assist you as quickly as possible.

Multiple Shipments

Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers. As a result, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
