We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before making a return or refund request.

Eligibility for Refunds We accept refund requests only for items that arrive defective (e.g., manufacturing defects, items that do not function as described). Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Refund To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@magiccarpet.store with your order number and photos or a description of the defect. We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Non-Refundable Items We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have sustained physical damage after delivery (e.g., scratches, cracks, or damage caused by misuse or accidents).

Refund Process Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
